Orders may be delayed due to order volume coupled with COVID-19's impact on our processing times. We are very sorry for the wait.
We work closely with our designers and manufacturers on our pre-sale items. Our partners will ship the items as soon as they become available. It typically takes 5 - 8 business days for new products to be fulfilled and arrive at our California warehouse. We will then check each quality for each item before shipping it to its final destination with your selected shipping method. You will be notified via email as soon as the item ships out from our California warehouse. Please note that our items are imported and we have no control over how long it will take the US custom to clear our products, please email us to inquire your order status if the waiting time exceeds the above description.
In rare cases, the presale order may become unavailable as the manufacturers discontinue with the product. We will notify you as soon as we are informed by the manufacturers and process the refund intermediately to your original form of payment.
For all other orders, it will be shipped within 2 business days from our California warehouse and will take approximately 3 - 5 business days to arrive. You will be notified via email as soon as the item ships out from our California warehouse.
Miss Mimosa offers $8 flat shipping rate for all U.S. orders under $100 and free shipping for all U.S. orders above $100. We charge a flat rate for small orders because all products are imported, this way we will be able to keep our product pricing competitive.
All orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.
Miss Mimosa now offers international shipping to more than 20 countries. All international orders will be calculated in USD only. Customer will pay shipping fee based on shipping method.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We honor returns that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached in the original packaging.
Miss Mimosa accepts free returns in your original payment method within 30 days of receiving your Miss Mimosa purchase. If your return is at risk of falling outside of this window, please reach out to us here for more information.
We do not accept exchange items. If you want to exchange items for a different size or color, please file a return and make a new order for your desired size/color.
All Sale items are not eligible for returns.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics, earrings, necklaces or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear).
Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders, all sales are considered final.
Miss Mimosa monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
To arrange a return order, please contact us here with your order number and item name. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. For your convenience, we will provide you a pre-paid return label after your return request is accepted.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for our stuff to process the return.
